About Fabric
Vido Garment recommends Nagata Drill for outdoor shirts, with Taipan Tropical as another great option. For indoor shirts, Toyobo fabric is highly suitable, along with Tokyo fabric.
We recommend using Soft Combed cotton for t-shirts, with Double Knitt as an alternative option.
Vido Garment suggests Lacoste Cotton 20s for polo shirts or collared tees.
We recommend Taslan, Scott Puma, and Fleece for high-quality and durable jacket production.
Vido Garment recommends Nagata Drill fabric for making wearpacks.
Product Variations
Rib fabric is an elastic and flexible material commonly used on necklines or sleeves of t-shirts to provide stretch and comfort.
Collar fabric is typically used around the neck, while cuffs are fabrics used to finish the sleeve area. Collars and cuffs are commonly found on collared t-shirts or polo shirts.
It is the process of modifying a basic pattern into a specific clothing design based on your custom order.
Lining fabric is an additional layer sewn inside garments such as jackets or wearpacks. Its purpose is to enhance comfort by protecting the skin from direct contact with the outer material.
Yes, Vido Garment offers sample development services with a fee of 3x the product price, or a deposit system for a minimum order of 100 pieces.
Yes, Vido Garment can produce and attach custom labels. The production time is a minimum of 30 working days for woven labels and 10 working days for satin labels.
Note: Label production time does not include garment production lead time.
Pricing, Orders & Payment Shipping
The minimum order quantity is 24 pieces per design.
Standard production time for t-shirts and polo shirts is 14 working days.
For shirts and vests, production takes 21 working days.
For jackets and wearpacks, production takes 30 working days.

Yes! You can request free product design assistance by providing reference designs and required details (such as logo, text, and font).
This service is free with a deposit system or after a 50% down payment (DP).

Yes. Vido Garment guarantees that the delivered products will match the agreed design, material, color, quantity, and size as stated in the Work Order Agreement (SPK).
If there is any discrepancy in the order, Vido Garment will either repair the product or provide a 100% money-back guarantee.
Yes. We offer same-city delivery via Gosend or our in-house delivery team.
Absolutely. We serve orders from cities beyond Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Banjarbaru, and Semarang to all cities across Indonesia using the shipping service that best fits your needs.
